My name is Mary Cheyenne King. Born in Fort Stockon, Tx and now reside in Austin, Tx. I have been on a rollercoaster ride called the Unexpected since July of 2010. I lost my father to Melanoma Cancer in 2008 and it tears at my heart strings with every breath I take. He taught me everything I need to know and left me with just wisdom and love. His dreams are what keeps me going. Now because of him, I break and train western horses, specifically roping and reining. Riding is my life and my passion, and always will be.

I lost a great mare today, Macerena Quick (Quick). I hate goodbyes…Not the best current picture of her, but one of the greatest mares I will ever be blessed to own. I hope she rests in peace. She’s left behind an awesome gelding that’s done wonders for me and still is and a great mare that isn’t far behind.
